In the traditional production method, layer of blossoms are spread between layers of tea in wooden chests. To let the delicate flower scent evenly penetrate the leaves, they are re-stacked numerous times. Some of the petals can then be used to decorate the tea.

1 heaping teaspoon per 6 ounce cup. Heat fresh water until steam rises then let steep for 1 minute.
